Saudi Telecom Company (STC) is the leading telecommunication provider in KSA and the world.
STC needed to change its TOV and engage in a consistent communication effort with its local audiences in both the English and Arabic languages.
Furthermore, its outgoing MD wanted to communicate his efforts to streamline the company communications, administrative structure, and customer-centricity.
From 2014 to 2015, following a change in its organizational culture, STC engaged Saba Consultants to help it consolidate its communication efforts in order to project a customer-centric image to the public.
To help management communicate consistently across all levels of the large organization, Saba crafted a communication plan and a comprehensive messaging platform that position STC as a customer-centric company at the forefront of innovation in telecommunication solutions. Saba Consultants presented the communication plan to STC’s Executive Committee.
Saba ensured that these key messages were present in the daily memoranda sent to STC employees. We also developed press releases that illustrate STC’s strategic focus throughout its varied activities.
To strengthen STC’s reputation on the international scene, we delivered media training sessions for its MD and arranged press interviews for them at the World Economic Forum 2015. We also created video series that demonstrate STC’s superior customer care and technological prowess at the Mobile World Congress 2015.
